AI removes friction behind the scenes so humans can lead, sell, think, and connect.

I don't teach hype. I don't sell automation as replacement. I teach augmentation with intention — helping your team use AI as a tool that amplifies what makes you irreplaceable.

AI is democratizing knowledge. When everyone has access to the same information, the teams that win are the ones who show up with better relationships, deeper trust, and genuine care.

What AI Training Actually Looks Like

Not a tech demo. Not a pitch deck. A real shift in how your team works, connects, and grows.

Remove the Busy Work

AI handles the repetitive tasks that drain your team's time and energy, freeing you to focus on what only humans can do.

Protect Trust

We teach intentional AI use — so your team never accidentally erodes the client relationships you've spent years building.

Strengthen Connections

When knowledge is accessible to everyone, relationships become the differentiator. AI levels the playing field; your people win the game.

Build Lasting Confidence

Teams leave trained — not just informed. You'll have the skills and structures to keep growing as AI evolves.

What a 6-week cohort actually looks like

A recent 6-week cohort brought together a relationship-based team that was curious about AI but unsure where to start. They came in with a mix of enthusiasm and hesitation — a completely normal starting point.

By week three, something shifted. Team members started arriving to sessions with experiments they'd run on their own. They were sharing what worked, asking better questions, and building on each other's ideas.

By the end of week six, the team wasn't just using AI — they were thinking differently about their work. The tools became part of how they operated, not a separate thing they had to remember to use.

"The goal was never to make them dependent on me. It was to give them the skills and confidence to keep growing on their own — as AI keeps evolving."

— Jeanette Stein

Key Outcomes

Cross-Role Integration

Team members from different roles began collaborating inside AI tools — sharing prompts, building on each other's workflows, and solving problems together.

Strong Adoption

Rather than using AI occasionally, the team integrated it into their daily routines within weeks — not months. Adoption happened naturally, not by mandate.

Excitement & Energy

Sessions were marked by genuine enthusiasm. Team members arrived to each session with questions, experiments, and wins to share from the previous week.

Growing Confidence

The shift from 'I don't know where to start' to 'I tried this and it worked' happened for nearly every team member across the 6-week program.

Someone who understands people, not just technology

Before I ever touched an AI tool, I spent 17 years in a classroom. I taught middle school and ninth grade — which means I know exactly what it looks like when someone is skeptical, overwhelmed, or convinced they can't learn something new.

That experience is the foundation of everything I do. I don't just deliver information — I teach. I meet people where they are, I make space for questions, and I don't move on until everyone is with me.

My philosophy is simple: AI should make you more human, not less. When your team uses AI to handle the repetitive stuff, they have more time and energy for the relationships that actually drive your business. That's what I help teams discover — and it's genuinely exciting every time.

Questions worth asking

If you're wondering whether this is right for your team, these are the questions I hear most often. Don't see yours? Reach out directly.

I taught middle school and ninth grade for 17 years. I know exactly what it looks like when someone is skeptical, overwhelmed, or convinced they can't learn something new — and I know how to meet them there. Resistance is normal, and it's something I work with, not around. By the end of the free training, most skeptics are the ones asking the most questions.
Absolutely. Every session — whether it's the free training or the full program — is built with Q&A time. I don't rush through material. Questions are how real understanding happens, and I make space for them every single time.
Not at all. No coding, no technical background needed. This training is designed for people who are great at their jobs and want to use AI to do those jobs even better. If you can type a sentence, you can do this. I meet every team member at their level.
I'm based in Grand Rapids and serve teams across West Michigan. I'm happy to come to your office or meeting space. For organizations outside the immediate area, travel is available when covered by the organization. Virtual training is also an option.
Most AI training is generic — the same slide deck for every audience. Mine is built specifically for your team's roles, workflows, and goals. I'm also a teacher by training, not a tech person who learned to present. That means the focus is always on adoption, not just awareness. Your team leaves with skills they actually use.
I work primarily with relationship-based teams — the kind where trust, connection, and genuine care are what drive the business. That includes financial services, insurance, nonprofits, professional services, real estate teams, and more. If your team's success depends on human relationships, this training is built for you.
The core program runs 6 or 8 weeks, with 90-minute sessions each week (60 minutes of teaching plus 30 minutes of hands-on practice and Q&A). This pacing is intentional — it gives your team time to apply what they learn between sessions, which is where real adoption happens.
The whole point is that your team doesn't need me after the training. You'll leave with custom prompt libraries, collaboration structures, and the confidence to keep growing on your own. AI is constantly evolving, and the skills I teach are designed to evolve with it. You're not learning a tool — you're building a capability.
