Agent Teams workshop — build your AI team in Claude Code. Illustrated characters representing Janet, Cora, Claire, Tessa, Amy, Grace, Mona, Wendy, Alex, Violet, and Eva.

You are the one holding all of it. Which prompt to use, where the skill lives, what context to paste, what happens next. The AI helps, and the keeping-it-all-straight still lives in your head. Here is the part most people miss: the team is not for the AI. The AI can do the work without it. The team is for you. You hire it once, give each agent a lane, and start handing the work off by name.

Jeanette presenting

I kept noticing the same thing. Every decision, every piece of context, every "which prompt do I use for this" ran through me. I was the only one who knew how the whole business fit together, so I was the only one who could move any of it forward.

At some point I realized the problem was not the AI. The AI could do the work. The problem was that I had never actually built a team. I had never given anyone a name, a lane, or something they owned.

So I built it. Marketing has a name and a lane. Sales knows what a warm lead looks like. Operations handles the stuff I hate dealing with. Client Delivery thinks about the experience. My PA keeps me focused.

Now I direct the work instead of carrying it. Each agent knows the business and owns its lane, so the load is off me and the work gets better.

Five agents. Five lanes. One team that knows your business.

Marketing writes in your voice without being asked

Give it a topic and get a hook, an opening sentence, and a content angle that sounds like you wrote it.

Sales knows what a warm lead looks like for your offer

Ask for a follow-up message and get something that does not sound templated, because it is not.

Operations thinks about your systems, not everyone's

Name a recurring problem and get a plan built around how your business actually works.

Delivery protects the client experience

Ask what you should cover at the start of a new engagement and get advice that fits your model.

Monday morning

You open Claude Code, and you are the one who has to hold it all. What to post, how to follow up, what to fix in operations, what your clients need next. The AI can help with any one of those, but you are still the one keeping every piece straight and deciding what moves next. By the end of the day, the bottleneck is you. And tomorrow it is you again.

Now picture this.

You open Claude Code. Your Marketing agent already knows your business, your clients, and your voice. You say: "I need one content idea for this week." You get back something specific, usable, and on-brand. No preamble needed.

You switch to your Sales agent. Ask about a prospect who went quiet. Get a follow-up draft that sounds like you, not a template.

You pull three agents into a conversation about a decision you have been sitting on. They discuss it from their lanes and give you a consolidated recommendation.

That is your Monday.

This is what it looks like when AI actually fits into your business, instead of you constantly fitting yourself into AI. One 90-minute workshop to set it up right.

Where you go from here

You are building Stage 1 today. The stages after it are what happen when your agents actually know their lane. The path is designed so you can move at your own pace.

Stage 1 — Start here

Solo

Five agents, five lanes. Each one knows your business and owns its area, so the work comes off your plate. This is what you build in the workshop.

Stage 2 — 30 days out

Collaborative

Agents ask each other for input. You pull multiple agents into one conversation and get a consolidated perspective. Prompts are in The Agent Employee Handbook.

Stage 3 — When you are ready

Coordinated Team

Agents hand off to each other and keep the routine work moving, with you steering instead of sitting in every conversation. The handbook has the permissions prompts and the handoff language to get there.

Introducing The Agent Employee Handbook

You built a team. This is their onboarding packet.

What you need to take this workshop

This workshop runs on Claude Code. That is what makes each agent specific to your business and your voice, because it works with your own files.

Requirements

  • Claude Code installed on your computer. This requires a $20/month Claude subscription.
  • A business you want to build agents for (any kind of service or coaching business works).

Included with your purchase: the Claude Code setup guide, free. If you are not set up yet, the guide walks you through the whole thing before the workshop starts.

Before you ask

No. We use a prompt-building tool in the workshop guide, answer a few questions, and copy the result into Claude Code. No coding at any point.
Yes. The workshop is designed for people who have never done this. You just need Claude Code installed and a business to build agents for.
They can, if you let them go with no guardrails. So we do not do that. In the workshop I show you how to work with each agent like a new employee. You release them only when you are comfortable and you know they are trained. This way of releasing your agents is a little slower, and it is far safer. It is built on my Human-Centered AI Maturity framework, and it protects your unique voice and your message every step of the way.
After purchase, your replay access is in The Owner's AI Room Premium classroom. Log into your Skool account, go to Classroom, and find the Agent Teams workshop. You can watch as many times as you want.
You will receive an email with your access details after purchase. If you are not already in The Owner's AI Room, you will get an invite to join as a Premium member.
It is a PDF delivered with the workshop guide. It covers how to onboard each agent, weekly 1:1 prompts for keeping each agent sharp, team meeting scripts for running group conversations, and the prompts for Stages 2 and 3 of the Agent Maturity framework. Think of it as the HR packet for your AI team.
You can build as many or as few as you want. The workshop covers five roles that fit most service businesses. If one does not apply to you, skip it or rename it for something that does. The same pattern works for any role.
Yes. The setup workshop gets Claude Code installed and your first CLAUDE.md created. This workshop assumes you are set up and takes you into building a dedicated team of agents for each area of your business. They complement each other.
Jeanette Stein

Hi, I am Jeanette. I run Stein Solutions, where I teach AI implementation for relationship-based businesses. I use my own agent team every single day. I built it because I was the bottleneck. Every piece of the business ran through me. My agent team took that load off, and now I direct the work instead of carrying all of it. This workshop is the exact system I use to run that team, and we are building yours together.
