The Missing Piece I Saw in AI Tools (That No One Was Talking About)

It wasn’t about the tech. It was about trust.

When I first started building AI tools, my focus was simple: get people results. A sales page, a workout schedule, a course outline — the tool could create the output. And it did.

But there was a problem: people weren’t actually finishing the process. They stalled. They got stuck. They didn’t enjoy using the tools.
