Here's What Happens When Teams Don't Get Clarity on AI

You don't need a horror story. You've already seen it — the awkward silence when AI comes up in a meeting, the one person using ChatGPT while everyone else pretends it doesn't exist, the nagging sense that your competitors are figuring this out faster than you are.

🚫
The Avoidance Problem

Half your team has decided AI "isn't for them." They've seen the headlines, felt the overwhelm, and quietly opted out. Meanwhile, the work piles up and the efficiency gap between your team and others widens every month. Avoidance isn't neutral — it's a decision to fall behind.

🔀
The Inconsistency Problem

Three people on your team are using AI three different ways — with no shared standards, no shared language, and no guardrails. One person pastes client data into a free tool. Another uses it to draft emails that don't sound like your brand. There's no alignment, just chaos with a pleasant interface.

⚠️
The Trust Risk Problem

In your line of work, one clumsy AI-generated email — one response that feels impersonal, inaccurate, or tone-deaf — can damage a client relationship you spent years building. Without training, your team is flying blind in an environment where the stakes are trust itself.

😰
The Confidence Problem

Your team members are smart, capable people who feel less capable when the topic turns to AI. That feeling — that sense of being left behind while the world accelerates — doesn't just affect productivity. It affects morale, retention, and how your team shows up for clients every day.

None of these problems get solved by buying another software subscription. They get solved by a teacher who knows how to turn confusion into clarity — and who understands that your team's relationship with clients is the thing that must not break.

When a Team Works With Jeanette, Three Things Tend to Happen

This isn't a list of features. It's what people actually report after training — the shift that happens when AI goes from mysterious to manageable.

1

They Stop Avoiding

From Resistance to Practical Curiosity

AI stops feeling like a threat or a mystery and starts feeling like a practical option — one they understand and can control. The wall of resistance comes down, not because anyone was pressured, but because it finally makes sense. People who swore they'd never use AI start asking, "Wait, can it do this too?"

2

They Get Aligned

From Chaos to Shared Standards

Instead of three people using AI three different ways, the team develops a shared approach, shared language, and shared guardrails. Everyone knows what's appropriate, what's off-limits, and how to use AI in a way that protects client relationships. Leadership can breathe because there's a framework now — not just guesswork.

3

They Feel Confident

From Anxious to Adaptable

Not just about AI — about their ability to adapt as it keeps evolving. That confidence doesn't go away after the session ends. It compounds. Because the goal isn't to teach your team one set of AI tricks — it's to build their capacity to evaluate, adopt, and adapt on their own terms, permanently.

Words From People Who've Worked With Jeanette

Your presentation at the AI-driven business summit was incredibly insightful. Even with my 20+ years in childcare and limited AI background, your session deeply resonated, inspiring new thoughts on technology's potential. It was an excellent introduction to a rapidly evolving space.

I loved your last training, Jeanette. You broke things down into simple pieces, and it was especially helpful how you encouraged everyone to ask questions. I had a breakthrough moment because of that.

Jeanette Stein
Founder, Stein Solutions · Grand Rapids, MI

17 Years in the Classroom. Now She Teaches Teams.

Jeanette Stein spent 17 years teaching middle school and ninth grade math in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Not art. Math.

She knows what it looks like when a room full of people decides something isn't for them — and she knows exactly how to change that. Turning hesitation into curiosity isn't a technique she learned at a conference. It's something she practiced in a classroom, every day, for nearly two decades.

"She knows what it looks like when a room full of people decides something isn't for them — and she knows exactly how to change that."

When AI started reshaping how businesses operate, Jeanette saw the same dynamic she'd seen in classrooms: smart, capable people shutting down because something felt unfamiliar. She built Stein Solutions to fix that — specifically for teams where client trust is the product.

She is not a technologist. She is not a software vendor. She is a teacher who happens to understand AI deeply, and who knows how to make it accessible to people who never asked for it to show up in their workday.

She works primarily with relationship-based teams in Grand Rapids, Michigan and surrounding areas, and virtually with teams beyond.

"Your Evelyn Sales Page GPT is stunningly great. I created my sales page in just a couple of hours and it produced an outstanding product. It handled a deep and sensitive topic to my standards for a psychological offer. Stunning."

These Are Teams Where:

  • A wrong word in an AI-generated email can cost a client relationship
  • Staff skepticism is real and deserves to be taken seriously
  • Leadership wants guardrails before they want adoption
  • Practical matters more than impressive

If that describes your team, this work was built with you in mind.

Ready to Give Your Team Clarity?

The free team training is designed to show you — in practical, concrete terms — what's possible for your specific team. No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity on where AI can help and where it shouldn't.

Most teams walk away with at least two or three ideas they can implement the same week — plus the confidence to know they're doing it right.

What Stein Solutions Is Not

Not a Software Company

There is no platform to subscribe to, no app to download, no vendor relationship to manage. You won't be handed login credentials and wished good luck. Stein Solutions is training and guidance — not another piece of technology to figure out. You already have enough tools. This is about knowing how to use them wisely.

Not One-Size-Fits-All AI Evangelism

Jeanette does not believe every team should use AI the same way, or that more AI is always better. There's no pressure to adopt everything, no hype about AI replacing your team's judgment, and no assumption that what works for a tech startup will work for your financial advisory practice. Every recommendation is specific to your team, your clients, and your standards.

The goal is never adoption for its own sake. The goal is clarity — about what's useful, what's risky, and what's right for your specific team and your specific clients. That distinction matters, and it's at the center of everything Stein Solutions does.

"Tools don't build trust. People do."

That line is at the center of everything Stein Solutions does. AI is a tool. A powerful one. But the teams that will use it best are the ones who understand where it belongs in their work — and where it doesn't.

Jeanette's job is to help your team find that line, together, in a way that sticks. Not by lecturing. Not by selling. By teaching — with the patience, clarity, and practical focus of someone who spent 17 years making math feel manageable for eighth graders.

If she can do that, she can absolutely help your team figure out AI.

You Might Be Wondering…

What does the free team training actually include?+

It's a real training session — not a sales pitch disguised as a consultation. Jeanette meets with your team (in person in the Grand Rapids area, or virtually), learns about your workflow, your clients, and your current comfort level with AI. Then she walks your team through practical, relevant applications specific to your work. Most teams leave with two or three things they can implement the same week.

Is this going to be too technical for my team?+

No. Jeanette taught math to middle schoolers for 17 years. If she can make algebra click for a disinterested eighth grader, she can make AI accessible to your team. The training is designed for real people doing real work — not developers or tech enthusiasts. If your team can use email, they can follow this training.

We've tried AI training before and it didn't stick. How is this different?+

Most AI training is built by technologists for technologists — then watered down for everyone else. It's generic, jargon-heavy, and disconnected from the actual work your team does. Jeanette builds training from the opposite direction: she starts with your team's real workflow, your real clients, and your real concerns — then shows how AI fits (or doesn't). The difference is specificity. And 17 years of knowing how to make learning stick.

What if some of my team members are resistant to AI?+

Good — that means they care about doing their work well. Resistance usually isn't about stubbornness. It's about not seeing how AI connects to work they're already proud of. Jeanette has spent her career in rooms full of people who've decided something "isn't for them." She doesn't bulldoze resistance. She respects it, addresses the real concern underneath it, and creates space for people to get curious on their own terms.

Does Jeanette work with teams outside of Grand Rapids?+

Yes. She works primarily with relationship-based teams in Grand Rapids, Michigan and the surrounding areas — and virtually with teams anywhere. The virtual training is just as hands-on and interactive as in-person sessions.

Is this going to push us to use AI more than we're comfortable with?+

Absolutely not. Jeanette doesn't believe more AI is always better. The goal is clarity — understanding what's useful, what's risky, and what's right for your team. Sometimes the best outcome of a training session is your team confidently deciding not to use AI in certain areas. That's still a win. Guardrails and boundaries are just as valuable as new capabilities.

Do we need any AI experience before starting?+

None at all. The training meets your team exactly where they are — whether that's "I've never opened ChatGPT" or "I use it daily but don't know if I'm doing it right." Jeanette assesses your team's current level and builds from there. No one gets left behind, and no one gets bored.

How long does the training take?+

That depends on your team's needs. The free initial training is designed to deliver real value in a focused session — not consume your whole day. From there, if your team wants to go deeper, Jeanette will recommend a plan that fits your schedule, your budget, and your team's learning pace. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is wasted.

What happens after the training is over?+

The goal isn't to create dependency — it's to build your team's capacity to adapt on their own. After training, your team will have a shared framework, shared language, and shared guardrails they can apply as AI continues to evolve. Many teams find that the confidence they build in one session compounds over time — they don't need Jeanette for every new tool because they've learned how to evaluate and adapt on their own terms.

The Simple Version

If your team is confused, inconsistent, or cautious about AI — and you want that to change without losing what makes your client relationships strong — this is the right place to start.

The free team training is real training — not a sales call. Book it, show up, and see what clarity feels like for your specific team. No obligation. No platform to buy. Just a teacher who gets it.
