Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Stein Solutions website (steinsolutions.ai) or purchasing any of our programs or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

"We," "us," and "our" refer to Stein Solutions LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. "You" and "your" refer to the user or purchaser of our services.

Services We Provide

Stein Solutions offers AI strategy and implementation services for growing businesses, including:

• Group mastermind programs
• In-person and virtual workshops
• One-on-one consulting and done-for-you projects
• Online community access (via Skool)
• Digital training materials and resources

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each service are outlined at the time of purchase or in a separate service agreement.

Purchases and Payments

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and agreed upon.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to participate in the program.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. Here is our refund policy by program type:

• Mastermind programs: If you are not satisfied after attending the first two sessions and completing the assignments, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the program start date. After that window, no refunds will be issued.
• Workshops: Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the workshop start time. No refunds after the workshop begins. Recordings are provided to all registered attendees.
• One-on-one consulting and done-for-you projects: Governed by the individual service agreement signed at the start of the engagement.
• Free communities: No purchase required, no refund applicable.

To request a refund, email support@jeanettestein.com with your name, the program, and the reason for your request.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programs, including text, graphics, videos, templates, worksheets, slide decks, recordings, and training materials, is the property of Stein Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright law.

• You may use materials for your own personal or business purposes as intended by the program.
• You may not redistribute, resell, share login access, or republish our materials without written permission.
• Screenshots or brief quotes for testimonials or reviews are welcome with attribution.

Community Guidelines

If you join our Skool community (The Owner's AI Room), you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect
• Refrain from spam, unsolicited promotion, or harassment
• Not share or redistribute paid content posted within the community
• Follow any additional guidelines posted within the community

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines without refund of any associated fees.

No guaranteed results

Our programs teach skills and strategies. Your results depend on your effort, your business, your market, and many other factors we cannot control. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business outcome. Testimonials and examples on our website represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.

Not professional advice

Our training and content are educational in nature. Nothing on this website or in our programs constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Consult appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.

Third-party tools

We may reference or recommend third-party tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in our trainings. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms, their pricing, their terms of service, or their availability. Tool recommendations reflect what works at the time of training.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stein Solutions LLC, its owner, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, programs, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stein Solutions LLC, its owner, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
